The knife was very beautifully desired, nice grip, well balanced. I especially like the wood handle, doesn't easily slip. Knife edge was very sharp, using a softer metal for the edge to produce and maintain a sharp edge is a very thoughtful idea, better than a lot of o the knives on the market. A true 12" knife, not like some of knives on the market, telling you it 12" but it was actually 11.50" or sometimes not even that. Keep up the good work! 5 Stars!
I bought the nomad chef and parring knives. Not only are they extremely aesthetically appealing, but overall great knives. I also bought 2 of the Grizzly series and love, love, love them. All 4 knives are hanging on my knife magnet and are a lovely conversation piece for new guests.
