I absolutely love everything about this knife. It's beautiful, incredibly sharp, and so comfortable in my hand, it's the best chef's knife I've ever used
The knife is great but it took three months to get it and that was only after I wrote to them and asked why it was taking so long. I don’t think that I would have it yet if I didn’t reach out to them. The same thing happened when I ordered a knife for a gift. Months had gone by and I finally had to contact them and then it was shipped. The products seem really good but I don’t think it should take so long and you shouldn’t have to reach out to get it.
