Shipping policy

At The Cooking Guild, every knife is checked by hand before it leaves our workshop. Here is what to expect from order to doorstep.

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–8 days of your order being placed. Before any blade ships, it is inspected to make sure it is up to the Guild standard — edge, fit, and finish. It leaves when it passes, not before.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with full tracking information.

Delivery
We aim to deliver all knives within 10–15 days of your order date. During sale periods and new drops, delivery can take a little longer while we work through higher volumes.

A few notes: international delivery timeframes may vary due to carrier availability and customs processing; if your order contains multiple items, they may ship together once every item is ready; estimated shipping timelines are shown before checkout.

Pre-orders from previous drops (Nomad and Kaiju)
All outstanding pre-orders from earlier drops are currently being processed and are shipping out in weekly batches.

If you are still waiting on a pre-order knife, email us at support@thecookingguild.com with your order number and we will check exactly where yours sits in the queue. We answer every email in the order it arrives, so replies may take slightly longer than usual during busy periods — but you will hear back from us.
