I found my "forever knife!" I'm a Sous Chef and dove LOT of prep work! 3+ Weeks with this knife now and its still super-sharp and feels great to work with. I have used a few different Serbian Chef knives, and while they have been solid, theyre either too heavy or bulky for everyday general-purpose work for long periods of time-they get relegated to specific tasks. This Dynasty Series Serbian knife, however, is the perfect balance of size, weight, and strength to get through long shifts with lengthy prep lists. It's size is also perfect when I am up on the line during meal service; again its weight is just right, size is ideal for nearly any task, and it has held up to a very heavy workload! The steel is beautiful, the out-of-the-box edge is still super sharp-I have yet to use even a honing rod on it after 3+ weeks! I have used many different brands and styles of knives, but THIS is truly the one knife I have been looking for in 30+ years of professional kitchen work!!! Thank you!
I’ve had my set of dynasty knives for a few years now and absolutely love them. They stay sharp for ages with a regular touch up on the steel and I’ve always loved the look and feel. Highly recommend. A great product for a very reasonable price
Hands down out of the box this knife was extremely sharp and by extremely sharp is an understatement, this blade is top notch and now will be my go to kitchen essential
This is best and sharpest knife i've purchased to date. First two times i used it i got myself good. Unbelievably high quality and i've been using it regularly since i purchased it a couple months back. Its bigger than the pictures give credit. I also got the leather sheath which is also sturdy and of almost equal quality. I say almost because the button doesn't click to completely secure it but the other knife i got in this order zero issues so it was just the luck of the draw. I plan on buying the rest of the line and their sheaths. I've been leery about purchasing knives at this price point without seeing them but took a chance and it was 100% worth it.
This is the second knife I have purchased from The Cooking Guild. Both products were purchased as gifts for my very hard to buy for son. Each time he sent me a link of the item he was interested in. I'm very impressed with the quality and craftmanship of each of the items I purchased. My son has been very pleased with both of the gifted knives. I guess I need to start on my own collection!

I have bought this clever and have only used in professional setting. I have tried multiple times to have someone contact me about the handles rivets are now loose and only getting worse. But I have not heard from the customer support/service. This in itself makes me worry that this is a lousy company with poor customer relation's. So please double check and research before you purchase from this company.
The quality is great. It took way too long to get here. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Didn’t come until January. I was promised an extra knife with the order because it took so long and I never received it!!
I have this set and it is awesome! Just sliced potatoes and I could barely tell I was cutting anything. I wish they would make a cheese-specific knife.
I bought my husband and son a cleaver and they love it! We thought we had some nice sharp knives until we received these! Will be replacing some of what we have with TCG knives.
Hands down the best Christmas gift of the season. The beauty and quality were enough to wow, then the test on the beef tenderloin was like no other knife I've ever used. I look forward to using this knife for many years

Just received our Dynasty Series Serbian cleaver. It arrived in perfect condition, razor sharp. I haven’t had a chance to use it much yet, but it feels well balanced and easy to handle. Beautiful fit and finish.
